There is already plenty of crime in Denton.. drugs of any/every variety, murder, theft, grand larceny.. you think Dallas people want anything that is here? Plenty of places with more money and closer to home between here and there.

It will be nice to have the ability to commute to downtown for work and leave my car in the garage!
