WOW ! I had 8 floating over my head for hear say criminal trespassing with miss dated picture evidence & a witness that didn't show because he had a warrant out not to mention no previous record that I received a 3 year probation & & $2100 in fines . Guess justice is blind.

My heart breaks that this is considered a 'justice' system.
It's an embarrassing show of our courts.
Remember letdowns like this next election cycle, Carrollton, and get yourselves some real justice.

WOW:"trafficking in heroin and one count of possession of heroin, felonies of the 4th and 5th degree= only 17 month prision term, plus we all know he'll get out in 1/2 that time on good behavior.
Makes Carroll County a lucritrive place to sell HERION if that's the biggest risk to getting caught!
If thats all the judge DECEIDED to give him, then he's lost my vote... if he gave him the max allowed per existing laws, then that needs changed in a hurry

This is a prime example of why people don't mind to go to court in Carroll County. Because they know they'll do little or no time in jail. This trio makes me physically ill and we as a village need to protect our children from monsters like this. They'll pay a debt to society (for a bit), but their poison has taken lives and destroyed families.
I hope he spends his days in a lonely jail cell, not that it will make a difference. The devil lives inside people like this.
And I KNOW I'll remember this, among other things, come election time.
How frustrated our police officers must be to work so hard taking these dirt bags off the street, only to have them be sent to what is comparably, a 'time-out'. Shaking my head at this whole thing.
We need a CHANGE!!!

I don't know how much work the police did. I lived in that area a long time, the heroin problem is nothing new. They only acted because another person died. And everyone is right, the court dropped the ball on this one.

A person died because she overdosed..she could have.overdosed on a xanax prescription, should the doctor be black listed?

No one is saying that they made Holly do it anonymous. But selling drugs in a school zone, selling to an undercover cop 4 times deserves only probation? That probation violations should be disposed of due to time served on other crimes is sufficient... What "we people" want us some true sentencing not some slap on the wrist.
