In the era of satellite tracked truck routes, a rather limited number of trucks (and companies that are HAZMAT certified/placarded to transport sulfuric acid) hauling sulfuric acid with a limited number of local uses, a specific "blood trail" so to speak on a certain road at a certain time, and "no one can identify the company that owned the truck responsible for the spill"???? Are you kidding me or is somebody covering somebody's a**? Taxpayers get to pay for the mess and oil/gas/truck company gets to go scot free....don't you love it.......
