Some numbskull politician in Columbus didn't have anything else to do he decided to FUBAR (fu** up beyond all recognition) dog license laws- it's a simple system that has worked for decades folks, it's like birthdays, it comes once a year- you buy a license and you're good to go for another year. This is the problem with our putrid, stinking state and federal politicians- nothing better to do than pass ANOTHER law that complicates the obvious and monumentalizes the trivial!!
