Jay Montgomery is the new coach of the 6 to 8 year old Carroll County pee-wee football team. Sign ups are this Thursday, at the County Park from 6pm til 8pm. Anyone interested should come out. Jay is a great guy and will help teach your child the fundamentals that they need to make football fun.

when my son played for them last year, it started out 3 to 4 nights a week..monday thru thursday and then once they started playing the games it went to two nights a week. It is a great program and unless they changed the prices this year, it was $25 dollars for them to play all season and coach supplied the whole uniform with the exception of the cleats. You have to travel to Buckner on the weekends for the games, which cost $2.00 per person to get in but that is all you have to pay.

Ashley if you're on Facebook like Carroll County Parks & Recreation. That page will keep you posted on sign ups for local sports for that age group. Soccer is already going but basketball will be available for winter.
