First off how and where did they get the alcohol? If parents would do things with there kids and not turn them loose this could of been avoided. I know that it was an accident but it was not an accident they were drinking and driving that has to be a choice, kids don't accidentally get drunk and speed around town.
Second, there is nothing for kids to do in Carrollton, because the local people will not support these activities because it interferes with the parents lives or they had rather go to the big city because carrollton is not cool.
Third if parents were involved more in their kids lives all accidents like this could be avoided, however we are a product of our environment and just look at their environment, getting upset with these posts will not make amends and neither will pointing fingers.

As a society we are failing our kids and it seems that Carrollton kidsw are only being trained to run a factory or pop out kids either way it is a lose lose situation.

Deer season is in and how many of you take interest in your kids enough to take them hunting or even fishing or even just take an interest in their lives.

This is a tragedy, but hopefully it will wake people up and realize that their kids are the ones suffering for whose benefit?

They became parents when they were teens thank you, I know the families of four of these boys and you cannot tell me that their biological parents were there for them. Drinking a beer at a home is very different than drinking a beer in a moving vehicles. Also this is why we need more parental involvement maybe thes boys will be better parents and will not allow their kids to follow down the same path, only time will tell. I hope they are going to be okay because this is a great life lesson that needs to be told.

Learn how to spell... It is You're a fucki** retard!! Not your... and you must be very uneducated to use the word retard...(I'm just saying some people take offense to that word) And as far as anything else, boys will be boys... we all live and learn, I hope each one of them will learn a lesson, My thoughts and Prayers are with them and their families.

I can't believe people would blame the parents..kids will be kids and no matter how they are raised they all will make some bad choices in their lives.Whether they were drinking is not the point here these kids and their families need our prayers. Please think before you post these negative remarks.God Bless these kids and praying for a fast and complete recovery for all of them

I think that everyone needs to stop writing negative comments towards the situation and actually have a heart. At least 2 of the men that are involved have children and it's pretty sad that people can actually take the time to write something so negative instead of offer prayer and sympathy. That is wrong... we will continue to pray until they are all doing better. For the ones that want to sit here and write books about why it happened and point blame you need to readjust your brain and think about what you are saying. Put yourself in the position what if it was someone you loved and cared for...bet you inconisderate fools wouldn't be writing the same thing. To all the victims of the crash, my family and I will pray that you make it through and god will see that you are safe and can come home to be with your families for the holiday season. Love you all!!!!
