I am very sorry to hear what you have been throw I pray for you and your family as well. Thank you so much for your strong words and prays really means a lot. We r not letting anyone get to us. I have a good feeling who it is. We have prayed that god finds them and heals all their pain in hate as well.
Thank you again so much.
Our main pray and feeling r that no other child has to throw with this pain or feeling ever again.
I agree, I have wittnessed the early head start bus in town, when the 3 years old got on yesterday, the bus driver didnt wait until the child was fully strapped in, as soon as the child got on, went to their set, the driver took off, a child needs to be fully strapped in before that driver moves!I will get tomorrows on video tape.

Is 3 not such a very young age to be putting a child on a bus? seatbelts or not, they should be in carseats. You wouldnt just strap a 3 year old into a car without a carseat. Maybe that should be something that needs to be brought to the correct persons attention. Im sure that there a 1,000s of other head start children riding buses right now in just seat belts bc thats all thats required. In my opinion 3 is way to young to go to school all day and be riding a bus, but if the state is going to continue to have head start, I think parents of those children should really bring the car seat issue up. In any crash, on car or bus, those kids are so little, they need more than a seatbelt to hold them in.

Head start buses are equipped with car seat like harnesses. They are not simply seat belts. I have been behind those buses in the morning. They sit there while the child is strapped in.

Dear Ugh, No they don't either, I seen it for my self, and today something got said to the driver, two ladies walked away from the bus, and the driver sat there until the child was securly fastened in this time, if the driver knows someone is watching, they will do the right thing, those are precious little angels on those buses, and parents and grand parents are trusting the driver with those kids.

I have had my turn as a bus driver and its not a pleasent job with about 60 kids screaming, not staying in their seat, throwing objects...etc. there is alot to watch while driving a bus besides actualy driving. I feel for the families that lost loved ones, but to see the other families file suit is beyond me. Im sorry but all the money in the world is not going to change what happened that day.

Well a head start bus doesn't hold 60 kids. And they have a bus monitor to watch the children and a bus driver to drive the bus! If you couldn't handle it I'm glad u r no longer a driver. I would say it is very stressful and takes a person w a big heart. People in it for just a job shouldn't drive a bus bc you have children lives in your hands. I think a lot of people don't understand y some of the families r sueing. You need to stop running it wait and then you will understand later on. There is many reason behind what some of these parents r doing that you just don't understand right now and will later on.

Your obviously biased and have no clue to all the reasons a lawsuit needs to take place. These "kids" were babies with a monitor to take care of anything that could make it unpleasant for the driver. No matter what the situation on the bus, there is NO reason to drive that fast, NONE!!!

I am sure if they were the parents of these little angels, and it happend to them, I bet they Sue too, I agree in time they will understand. the Board never listened to complaints. alot of things get sweeped under the rug, just to make the school look good, Nobody will walk away a winner in this case. Money can't bring them back, these children will need lots of Therapy, Ect. I back the parents up 100% for Sueing, I pray that God will Heal and comfort these children and families. you know.. you can tell who has loving caring Hearts on here. some people can be so cold hearted.

I've already contacted an attorney about my daughter. She wasn't on the bus at the time of the crash but she is smart for her age. She spotted me reading one of the articles and saw the picture of the bus and she's terrified of busses now. She is all the time talking about how she's "dead" and that she died on the bus. I honestly have no clue how she would know about this type of thing if she wasn't affected by the bus crash. Unfortunately, there is no case for my child. I put my trust into CCCD to ensure that my child was safe from the time she left home until she got back at the end of the day, and this is what happens. Not to mention the nightmares I've had about it. I'm not even trying for a case anymore, I'm more focused on helping my friend with things she needs for her daughter, who was actually hurt in the crash.

This I cannot believe..... A schoolbus driver with 60 kids on the bus screaming, not staying in seats, throwing objects . A good schoolbus driver is going to stop the bus in a safe location a get control of any situation in the bus. Remember ...who is in control of your bus the 60 screaming kids or the school bus driver?

I know Tanya personally and i completely understand y the families are suing! they are suing because they want justicefor this nightmare thst their kids have been through.. No it wont bring back their kids, but justice needs to be served and IF Laura was speeding then she needs to be punished, but i think that she is getting punished everyday knowing the injuries that she caused and she has to live with the fact that 2 innocent babies lost their life!!! And Tanya living where ever has nothing to do with anything, her son has been dramatzed by this.

omg: I wasn't sure if I did or not, that would be the reason I contacted an attorney. And I was just exploring my options. My child, even though she wasn't physically injured, was emotionally affected because of the accident. You don't have to live with her and you don't know how it has affected her. Maybe you should keep your mouth off of others. Same for Blaze and listen2urheart. You all have absolutely no clue what I've gone through, so maybe you shouldn't judge. That being said, I hope you all will stop passing judgement on others and worry about yourselves.

No one needs to pass judgment, you showed that you are ignorant. Do not talk of things from the bible to hide under. You we're practicing the good old sin of greed. You are pathetic! MAYBE WE SHOULD SUE YOU FOR ALLOWING your child too see the pictures. I mean after all you exposed them to her. LoL. Stupid is bliss. Not having a pissing match with your country bukin pumkin a**. And will not comment back as you can't beat stupid out of you, nor pump common sense into your pea brain.
