If you are so nifty at this then you could have a job. And if it is true what you say about you can't keep your balance then a desk job is the thing for you.
Wob, you complain about how little you get on disability and that you could make more working, well, by what you do and say here you are more than capable of working a job with a computer.
If it is hard for you to walk, well, there are wheelchairs for that. Many people use them to be able to get to work.
Sounds more like it is a choice by you to not go work out in the public.

Suffice to say that a presence on an internet forum that constitutes perhaps 15 minutes total out of my day does not equate to an ability to work a full 8 hours, unless of course the employer allows me to lie down for 1 hour after every 2 hours working, and lets me take a 3 hour nap in the afternoon.

Unless you've spent 24 hours with me, don't presume to think you know what my life is really like, nor what my abilities and limitations are.

Pray you never have to find out personally.

the above sounds like communism.

the u.s. is becoming more like 'the world', than the world becoming like the u.s.

so if anyone is worried about 'immigration' to the u.s., just wait a while....when we've become just another 'so-so' country, immigrants won't want to come here. LOL!

healthcare is NOT a 'right'....and obumble relaized it....that's why he and his ilk created it as an ENFORCEABLE LAW.....and if you don't particpate,(as a compnay OR as an individual), you pay a TAX (fine).

now, if you've ever dealt with the irs, or any other federal government organization, you understand the malaise (deep shyt) we are about to find ourselves in.

can you imagine having the irs ADMINISTER and ENFORCE healthcare? what will they do if you refuse to buy healthcare...seize your assets?

it is going to be a debacle of epic proportions.

wobble, you are wobbly on this subject. btw, you read the bill? all 2,409 pages?(per Forbes most recent article about it's size). And do you realize it IS STILL BEING ANNOTATED, written and changed?

yep, just like ol' loosy-goosy-pelosi said..."just pass it and you'll find out what's in it, later".

I said I read it. And 2409 pages is nothing -- I read books that size regularly.

Oh yeah, 2409 pages is easy. There are loads of books that size. Care to name a few? Like say 10 of your favorites?

so what? reading is not an impressive skill...should be fundamental; now, comprehension is another matter. but i digress.

i read voraciously, too. but i don't know of many books that size(or ANY of that size for that matter, at least that i can cite off the top of my head).

and even so, the bill/law is full of legalese that even lawmakers, their aids, wordsmiths and others have to ponder and interpret almost every word, phrase and the implications of the edicts.

heck, even those WHO AUTHORED the bill can't understand it all.

so i don't doubt you 'read' the bill...but i dang sure don't think you can interpret it's every nuance...so dont try. and even so, remember, changes to the document ARE STILL BEING MADE....so if you've read it, you better keep up with all the annotations, additions, editing, insertions, deletions, interpretations, etc.

better yet, look at your w-2 CLOSELY this year, and ESPECIALLY the 2013, 2014 and 2015 and 2016 W-2's.......COMPARE THEM EACH to 2012, and also to ech other to SEE THE PROGRESSIVE COST TO YOU as a taxpayer to see what obumble care costs YOU. then, extrapolate that for every tax-paying citizen of the country, not to mention small and big business.

you're gonna shyt!

worse, wait until you compare the QUALITY of healthcare, and also the QUANTITY of healthacre after a full 24 months of implementation (@ the end of 2016).

there will be NO American born Doctors.....and the facilities you'll have to vist will be locally run BUT ADMINISTERED BY THE irs......it's going to be the biggest clusterphuck this nation has ever seen when it comes to government regulations, administration, AND ENFORCEMENT (rememeber, YOU ARE LAWBREAKER if you don't buy insurance....does this go on your record like a conviction of current crimes?).

Please cite the parts of the bill which back up your claims. I'll wait.

As for the penalty for not having insurance, if you earn less than a certain amount or you'd have to spend more than 8% of your household income on the cheapest health care plan the penalty doesn't apply to you.

duh...THOSE are the folks that get their insurance paid by the taxpayers...they're the uninsured!

nice try.

Sigh... there are people who are uninsured who can't afford insurance at the current rates, but after the relevant bit of the ACA goes into effect, they WILL be able to afford it, either outright or with subsidies from the govt.

Most other uninsured people will be eligible for Medicaid under the new rules.

Only a very small proportion will fall into the can't afford even at reduced rates and with a subsidy.

Everyone else who is already insured, either privately or through their employers, will stay insured, with the same policy.

Don't you realize that part of the reason medical care is so high is because of all the uninsured people using the emergency room as primary care, and then not being able to pay the bills incurred? ACA will put an end to most of that.

Still waiting for you to back your wild-eyed claims, though. I'm particularly interested in how all the American doctors will suddenly disappear and there will be only non-American doctors... I'm sure my own doctor will be very excited to hear she's going to just vanish.

LMAO!!! Never ever seen a book with THAT many pages! And I have seen and read some thick books. Me thinks someone said a oopsie just to look big and smart. Funny how some here boast continuously about how smart they are(most of the time looking like a complete idiot), makes you wonder just who are they trying to convince, others or themselves. SMH

wild-eyed claims? LOOK a the projected costs from YOUR ELECTED ADMINISTRATION, riler (also wobbler1957)...THEY ACKNOWLEDGE WHAT YOU ARE REFUTING.

EXISTING doctors are getting OUT of the industry because they cannot get reimbursed for their services by the government quickly enough. so the void is being filled by those outside of the United States coming here to get their Medical Degrees. this has all been published by the wall street journal, forbes and broadcast on all the major news networks...i thought you 'read a lot'?

ask you dcotor if they are making the money they once used to, even though they are seeing more patients.

as to laying the increased costs of healthcare at the feet of those who go to the emergency room?....surely you can do better than that, riler!

"subsidies from the govt."
"Most other uninsured people will be eligible for Medicaid under the new rules."
"Only a very small proportion will fall into the can't afford even at reduced rates and with a subsidy."

uh, subsidies from the government", "Medicaid", "with a subsidy"..........ALL ARE TAXES from American Citiziens and Businesses.

you are too far over the cliff, wobbly.........a lemming following the pied piper.........the proof will be in the pudding........per my ealrier suggestion..........just wait, and compare your W-2's year-to-year beginning the end of 2013, and ESPECIALLY 2014, 15, 16. the tale will be in the tape!
