Typical Carroll County move: Promote one of the people that brought our schools down to this level. God forbid we ever have anything or anyone fresh, new, or innovative in this county.

I'm sorry to hear you lost your insurance, thus your meds. There must be a way to get back on the, Anyway Billy, all 3 candidates are groovy with good knowledge of the county atmosphere and needs.
