well a text is logged thruogh cell company, just like oh what would you stupid on people think email i doubt laying next to you bosses bed. oh well if i had f@@@ng bankers hours. And like most people that work different shifts silence there phone, unless u are r on call. What is the difference, between texting and voice mail. they are both tracked the same way. And if they dont have a policy in place. oh and it is very hard to talk with a tube down your throat after you stop breathing. er usuall frowns on that. so ms-4 you just wish you were a not just an idiot, but would be able to fend for yourself. and I am sure you have everything and so perfect. your only friend is your computer and doll. Just play with your toys. and leave they real life to the protectors.

I worked third shift all my working life and did either voice mail or email whenever I was out, for whatever reason. I never had any trouble.

Just sayin'...

So what you are saying dumbass, is that while you were on a ventolator, somehow you were still able to text work to let them know you could not make it? lol! What BS.

You know, hondo, I was supportive of you in the beginning, but your story is beginning to fall apart. Are you saying you were fired while you were in the hospital on life support? Yet you had the mental acuity to text that you weren't coming in? How about having a relative actually call? Or have the nurse call? They'll do that, you know -- they ask if there's someone you'd like them to call.

And like I said, I worked 3rd shift most of my working life, and got sick and/or injured so I had to miss work on several occasions. I always managed to call or email a manager, depending on the situation and the requirements of the job. If I didn't have a voice, I'd have my husband call.

You're getting a little deep here...

hondo, honda..? not sure, but i've heard that places like honda have certain rules in place that are very unforgiving for tardiness, regardless to the circumstances

I can just picture this dick trying to text as EMS are doing chest compressions on him. What a crock.
