That's good. Nothing worse than an unemployed dog having to wait in line at soup kitchens and hanging out on street corners begging for dog biscuits.

Phalen is such a publicity hound, no pun intended. He seems to come up with something every week to get himself on the television. He must have bigger aspirations. Well, at least the dog won't be living off my taxes for a little while.
