We really needed an after hours and critical care facility on this side of town.

Emergency care should be 24/7 not 6pm-1am M-F and noon-1am weekends/holidays. Obviously your not taking into account emergencies such as seizures that can happen at all hours of the day. I understand the 6pm M-F and noon weekends/holidays when other veterinarian clinics are shutting their doors but to close your clinic at 1am? What are people to do between 1am and the time their own clinics open? Don't get me wrong. I'm happy that there finally is something like this in our area being how many times I had to drive our beloved dog up north when he was going through his seizures but his seizures usually happened during the wee hours of the morning. Maybe you should hire 2 additional veterinarians to cover the 1am to 8am shift.

We will be 24/7 as soon as we fine the RIGHT doctor to staff the hours of 1am-8am.
