Why not press the Feds for a recall?
This looks like the perfect forum for a widespread solution.
Armstrong had a similar problem with their flooring a few years ago (asbestos), and it was solved through a recall. Lawsuits did more damage than good.

But without lawsuites how can the parasites feed, er I mean lawyers and judges get paid?
