Being a former resident of Southeastern Ohio and a driver of that stretch of RT.33.There is many lives that the state puts in peril because those lights.
It is obvious to me that the state does not give a crap about the people that have been killed at these intersections.Or they don't give a crap about how many lives they put in danger because of these lights.
I am surprised there has not been lawsuits because of those innocent victims that were killed because of the ignorance of the state of Ohio.

limiting access is not the solution. high speed design on off ramps, fly over type no stop light at end of ramps.
also instead of worrying about speeders, start busting the slow who take off from side roads and then crawl.
