At least we are not buried in an earthquake......Starving, no shelter, looting..Consider ourselves lucky..and blessed..quit whining!!!!!!!!

That is really crappy of you to say. I don't live in Carroll but on the outskirts and we're still out of electric. Going on 7 days without. My husband is blind, our food is gone. Even in our deep freezers on our back porch didn't hold out. My family is separated b/c we couldn't fit everyone in the house we are at and their generosity that's held out thus far, I know is dwindling down. They even tell us b/c of the 40-50 mph winds today, they had to pull the guys away. So while you probably weren't out of electric as long as Carroll or we are now, you should still be courteous.
