Walmart and HEB shoppers

From my own experience with these two stores, I would like to alert shoppers to keep your eye on the prices of your item when they get rung up. Especially on you clearance/make down items. I have gone to HEB and bought what is a make down and have been charged full price, it was brought to the attention of the cashier, it was corrected and the price change was to have been corrected. I went back the next day, I bought more of the markdown item and again the full price rang up. The price was never changed. Walmart is the same, so beware. From the sale people to the management, someone is not doing their job.

And why are you an ex-employee? As a current employee, Walmart doesnt cheat its customers. Maybe things dont go the customer's way and then they feel that they're being cheated. There is a policy that we have to go by. lm sorry if you had a bad experience but that the way rules are set up. Unless you went through a different situation, if you did, then explain.

I don't feel that it's "Walmart" but more it's the employee not following through when it comes to their job. I've been in the store and have over heard employee talking amoung themselves regarding what they are going to do or NOT do after they have been instructed on their duties and at the end of their shift, have accomplished nothing. All business have a work policy that YOU ALL have to follow but this has nothing to do with the policy this has to do with employees that have bad work ethics. Management has a big part, you can't just stay in your office and come out once in awhile, with that big key ring, two-way radio, and a managers badge. Our Walmart always look messy and don't to many employees on the floor at all time. They all seem to take their breaks at the same time. Alot of merchandise in the middle of the isles not place, not for hours but days. You have "very slow moving" employees when paged, get the help to the customer quickly as possible and get them out the store. All of my complains have been forward to the corporate office and one idea that I sujected was to send "Shoppers" to your store to see what does happen without them being notified by corporate.

Well just by reading your last sentence says it all. You think that you're better than most. "Lackies", really. lf you were with Walmart for 19 years then why quit early when you were so close to retirement.

Maybe its because Wal-Mart is nothing but a spineless corporation who drains you out of your good work years and when its time for you to retire they either lay you off or pressure your ass to resign. Maybe after 19 years of being a a manager in electronics they put him or her on shopping cart duty to get them to resign and not pay them benefits you ever think of that jackazz….
