probably giving free food to customers just so others can think that the food is actually good but it isn't..Dishes are always dirty and the dishwasher sucks at his job.

Good for you. I on occasion go to Richardos also and have never been disappointed with the food and service. I did go to Lee's last week and have to say the food was way better than in the past. They even served fresh flour tortillas with my meal. This is a great improvement from the frisbee tortllas in the past.
