whats up with all the judges here in carrizo!!!

[IM CONCERNED]

hey.....people get murdered here in carrizo, they find the weapon which they murder used...shouldnt they be sent to state prison for life...its 1st degree murder!!! but like people say the judge was a relative....so he was out on a 5000 dollar bond....Also, people get caught in the act of sell drugs,shouldnt they be sent to federal prison...but these judges dont know anything....because if this stuff was going around in a bigger city like SA...i know for a fact they be in prison doing sometime...not out...like if nothing ever happened!!!

I think all these judges should be required to take like an exit every 5years to renew their certificate!!!and if they fail...well thats it, or take it again!!

i love being in this town, but to know things are happening here,and judges aint given them the right consequences....i think thats wrong!!

put urself in their shoes... if ur mom,dad,brother,sister,or any knd of realtive, got killed by someone, and they have evidence to support they did it...wouldn't u want them spending some time in prison....i just think that gots to stop...because it could be you

I so agree. It all boils down to who u know in alot of these cases. I know from experience. In our case the judge was friends with the other person. And of course the judge ruled in the other,(no good for nothing drug users) favor. It was not fair, we didnt stand a chance no matter what. And to top it off i voted for this judge thinking we needed a change. BIG MISTAKE.

Well i was talking about the most recent judge elected to office. A female. I guess it doesnt matter who it is or what the circumstances. Most of the time it is who you know. What a shame.

okay now thats b.s. Judge Mendoza is fair and not crooked like all the other judges especially pito!! Judge Mendoza brings in more money than any other judges and if I remember correctly she is the only judge that actually sticks her neck out there and signs these search warrants when drug siezures are to be conducted. Furthermore, when arrested she actually places the highest possible bonds on these criminals. Get your facts straight and if you have any questions or further comments Im sure she would welcome anyone who disputes these facts into her office, since she is the only judge that ever shows up or goes to thier offices. And thats a FACT!!!!!!!!!!

Judge Mendoza is not a good judge she is the one that is giving her family members bonds that are out of this world and she shouldn't be allowed to view those cases because that is conflict of interest!!!!!!And as for Judge Esquivel HELLO people he is related to your commissioner Johnny Gloria...It is true that if you know someone in office you get all the breaks and you can go on selling drugs and don't do time and not even pay fines that's the legal system for Carrizo for you.

for u unknown i dont think u understand the judicial system i feel u need to really have a talk with these judges and maybe the can school u on it. all i can say GOOD JOB PITO AND MENDOZA.

no the da district attorney has to file those cases, jps dont have anything to do with it except setting the bail.

who set the bond on Mikey Mendoza? he had just got out of prison when he was caught being involved in that murder at the Avila's, then they arrested him at his brothers house like two weeks later and was out the next day. Then he ran from the cops and was jailed again, and guess what...he is running free!!! Wheres the justice? These judges play favoritism if they are related.I'm sure judge Mendoza has something to do with his freedom, after all, he is her brothers son!!!

there is no schooling that i need from the JP's cuz i know for a fact that judge Mendoza does give her relatives and friends the breaks needed to get away with the sh*t that they do cuz a relative of mine is married to a relative of hers and it's a known fact that she put her hands where they needed her to so if you don't know the truth quit answering back just by your assumptions.....you're the one that needs schooling but NOT from the JP's. Are you sure? or are you just talking out of your a$$..... do you have any proof? or are you just upset that judge mendoza didnt give you a break on your speeding ticket or on your not wearing a seat belt ticket.... then of course when you dont get what you want you cry foul... and she MUST be helping out her family because she aint helping me... she probably got after your child for skipping school and you got mad...... you need to get your facts straight.... talk to daniel gonzales to see why Mikey is running free.... dont blame anyone... but i guess thats what you do..... go get the facts before you post.... just go to the court house, talk to daniel then come on here and post an IM SORRY post if you are a grown up and are willing to admit your mistakes........ in the meantime practice safe sex because we dont want any of your offspring polluting our city with your negativity and narrow mindedness.......
