Cheaper to fry him

Dalton needs to fry til his eyeballs melt and tongue explodes and runs out his nose because they have his mouth strapped shut. Someone needs to show him some after death photos of an electric chair execution. Hopefully that's what he gets to experience after he is someone's girlfriend in prison for about a year. There isn't a reason in the world cAn justify him shooting a 12 year old girl in the back of the head while she's trying to crawl away to escape him.

I don't know that anybody has tried to justify him shooting a 12 year old. Surely there had to be a reason. Maybe the reason is he is crazy.

Anyone has a right to a fair trial. People in this county don't even wait to find out the evidence.

What more evidence. He did it. He shot them in public with witnesses and he then confessed.

I don't know what happened. I was not there/ Maybe the 12 year old threatened him. Maybe a stray bullet hit her. Maybe the evidence will come out at the trial.

According to WYMT news, when Dalton went to court the first time, the police testified he admitted, if I'm not mistaken, shooting first at Doug, who was driving the car, he then saw Taylor moving in the backseat, aimed and shot at her several times and then pointed his gun at Caitlin, who was out of the car and shot her several times, all because he said their 2 year old child said the Cornetts were mean to him. The stray bullet defense is out by Dalton's own admission, as is the defense the 12 year old little girl threatened him. Yes of course all of the evidence will come out in court. Even Dalton's own admission to the police. It should be interesting to see what defense his lawyer comes up with.

I just gave you two votes. I don't what sort of defense his attorney(s) will come up with. One lawyer argued in one case that his client had eaten too many sweet cakes--what was that? the "Twinkle defense" as I recall. It must have gone over pretty well because it has been used several times since then by other lawyers.
Two things lawyers know how to do--talk and lie.
The way I see this case, there are two possible defenses available to the guy. 1) crazy: That requires proof that he did not realize that what he did was wrong and maybe he didn't by turning himself in and admitting to what he had done rather than running and trying to get away; and 2) that he believed that someone in the car posed a real and pressing threat to him or the baby.
His lawyer(s) will figure it all out.

As a defendant, you most certainly don't get to say much of nothing. Sometimes, even during a jury trial, the lawyer advises the client not to take the stand. None of us know exactly what happened before the shooting. We don't know if words were exchanged or anything else. The only one alive to tell the tale is Dalton and he probably won't take the stand. So don't say you know because none of us do. No matter what, it was wrong to kill these people but for everyone to act like they know all about it...WRONG...NONE OF US DO and we will probably NEVER KNOW what transpired on that day so quit acting like you know all about it because YOU DON'T!

This may be off topic but I think it is absolutely wrong for any system to allow children exchanged at the college. There could have been many other innocent people hurt or killed. The system knows the cases that are sensitive and I actually think that they should have to have a worker there when any child is exchanged. So protest and get these unusual circumstances ridded at a community college and put the workers out doing their jobs. I most certainly think that it would have made a difference in what happened here. Social workers should be the middle man when it comes to exchanging children. It most certainly would control the anger of ex'bs exchanging and seeing each other. Does anyone agree?
by all means I agree, but having interaction with some of the social workers that won't happen unfortunately.
