Can you give me any more information on this? I see that he was sentenced in August 2004 for theft of pension funds and tax fraud related to Pro Auto Parts, Inc., but no prison sentence at that time (restitution, probation and house arrest). Is this another case that resulted in the prison sentence? I have an interest since I adopted one of the 3 childen he relinquished in 2004 - now it is clear why they were relinquished, not the reasons we were given. I just couldn't find anything on line about the Goodyear or prison sentence.

Gary and his wife relinquished the three siblings because they had sexual boundry issues. It had nothing to do with Gary's issues. He had already been in trouble when the kids came to them.

I am Gary's Youngest daughter and I think that everyone here should mind there business, please. Yeah, my dad made a mistake but you cant tell me that you haven't so, just stop writing comments on this stupid thing and worry about yourself not my family and my dad. Because thats not your job.

You have no idea how much it hurts for our family enough, so just stop adding to the commotion and hurt in our lives now.
