Absence allows Dems to move on 'tuition equity' bill

A Senate committee this morning approved a bill that would grant in-state tuition to illegal immigrants, an action that Republicans said was only possible through a sneaky maneuver by Democrats.

What has happened to our country? How is it possible that these people are breaking the law by being in our country illegally and we offer them help with education? These people don’t even have the right to be here! We need to help out underprivileged American students! If the liberals want to let the law breakers go to college let them pay for it! It is sad that the illegal alien gets more rights and benefits than those of us who are here legally and paying taxes. All this is going to do is help illegal immigrants get jobs and send more money back to there home county not helping our Economy!

A republican was out of town visiting his ill father in Florida. The vote was scheduled for Friday, but changed to Wednesday. The people of Colorado must voice their discontent and push their government to voic the fraud!
