Has nothing to do with Immigrant backers, but you can't very well write a story advocating wife-beating with a ball bat. If you can't champion your cause you have to slander the opposition.

I hope the immigrants can be allowed to become "legal" citizens. They make your houses. They clean your houses. They take care of your gardens, they take care of your parents in the cheap nursing home, they even take care of your kids at day care.... why? Because Americans will not work this cheaply!

The only reason "Illegal Aliens" are illegal is because the people who make the laws decided to make them so. It was nothing they did. Rich Republicans want them to not have rights. So, pay them to work in our suburban gardens OK, but have them buy a home in Carpentersville? Ohhhhhh, that's scary!
