When did all these plants close? Gee, Allegany County will lose more and more people without job opportunities. The prisons have helped some but don't replace as many as were lost with KS, PPG and Celanese being gone.

Those places closed down years ago. Cumberland is becoming a ghost town. A big problem is abaondoned buildings and houses.
