When you attend a Grizzlies baseball game or a Cardinal's baseball game, stop in Cahokia to eat. At the intersection of Routes 3 and 157 is Saw Mill BBQ - turn left on Route 157 and you drive right by Stingers hamburgers and sandwiches - further up 157 you drive right by a nice Mexican restaurant across from Walgreens.

Cahokia is bordered by Interstate 64 and Interstate 255 and Routes 157 and 3.

and Holy Family Church has two bingos on Saturdays. Noon and 5
