I just asked a simple question. The fact that you took it that way speaks wonders. Too bad you can't just answer the question without making threats. You're doing EXACTLY what you are accusing the administration of doing. That makes you all no better than them in that respect.
And ever think Moss may be sueing the wrong people? What about Boone? Was she in the lawsuit? What about the council members that have her the payout and extension? Wouldn't they be part of the conspiracy by voting for it making them liable in their individual capacities? This could go so many directions. Heck, he could sue anybody that brings it up on the basis that it is further dragging his name through the mid by the mere mentioning of it. That would implicate some of his friends though.

They didn't say the WOULD damage his business. They said that it could damage his business. And it isn't blackmail either. He didn't say "resign or we will destroy your reputation". He said that if this became public (Susie took it to the media for example) it could harm his reputation.
And who exactly did make this public. Was it someone stepping down from their council seat and talking as though they were a citizen from business from the floor? Maybe Moss is sueing the wrong person for defamation.
Counts sure implied he'd hurt his business. Blackmail. And the administration released this information on the Boone lies before the council, or at least the honest members even knew about it. They were blind sided in open session. The media had the reports before they did!

That's the report. Who leaked the harassment charge information in the first place before the report was ever requested?

And no, he didn't say that. You are twisting his words and you know it. He just made Moss aware that this information could hurt his reputation of it made it out into the open.

Counts had everything to gain by forcing Moss out. Who would a reasonable person think leaked it? Or better yet, prove that Counts didn't leak it!

Better yet, you made the accusation, you prove he leaked it.

And my source said it would have been hush hush if not for one little action that brought it out.

Ever since when does Doris consider herself a housewife? To be a wife, don't you have to be married?

To me it seems like she is trying to make herself look like an innocent harmless human being. We all have seen her remarks and reactions on here though.

Look at this definition.

"house·wife
/ˈhousˌwīf/
Noun
A married woman whose main occupation is caring for her family, managing household affairs, and doing housework.
A small case for needles, thread, and other small sewing items.
Synonyms
hostess - homemaker - housekeeper - mistress"

When Doris ran for office she claimed to have a job making that her main occupation. By this definition she wouldn't have a full time job because her main occupation would be her home.

I think the term housewife was wrongly used by her in her statement in the story in stltoday.

Could you now post the definition of a lying lesbian teabagger with children ? Are you married? Where did you purchase your children?

Notice you keep side stepping the age discrimination thingy. Is that because it' s eh eh LIE ?

I'm not a judge so I don't know the details of the case. It will most likely come out in the testimony.

And you attack personally again which tells me, as usual, I hit the nail on the head. This thread isn't about me. It's about the news story in the stltoday. I was making reference to one of the statements made in it that was made in an attempt to further damage the reputation of the Chief in my opinion. And the statement made has a falsity in it. The person who made it is not a house wife by definition because they are not married.

As usual, you can't admit that you were wrong.

I don't care if you don't like the reporter's use of term housewife. I cook, clean, take care of the kids, do the laundry, do the grocery shopping, garden, bake, volunteer, drop off and pick up at the cleaners, do dishes, wash the windows, sew buttons and seams, vacuum, mop, dust, repair the wash machine and minor electric and plumbing problems, sometimes I even cut the grass, take forgotten items to school or where ever else for the rest of the family, all that in addition to my real estate duties. The fact that I am divorced and have a "job" doesn't seem to lessen my duties at home and I don't think the reporter could fit all of that in her article. You might find that I repair a lot of things(tangible and intangible) for a lot of people, just because I can.

Wow! Where do you find the time then to do all that research for corruption? Too bad your significant other doesn't help you out because you make it sound like you do everything. I wouldn't ever want someone that depends on me to do it all for them. It should be a 50/50 split.

Too bad you think you need to attack under an alias instead of your real name. You don't allow your of age children to be talked about for their actions and won't let anybody discuss your family without threat of lawsuit so you can lay off talking about mine. What is good for the goose....

And homemaker is a term from the 50's. Very outdated.

One more thing, the reporter quoted you. So they used the term that YOU have them. Don't try to blame the reporter on this one.

Seems as if someone is splitting hairs. The fact is, he claims a woman is intimidating the big, macho man that he is as Chief of Police! I can't imagine how his peers, employees and prisoners will view him in that light? He claims he is depressed and suffering from anxiety and two residents asked that he be evaluated by a doctor and released for duty or that he be on medical leave until he has conquered his fears.

So it's okay for you to split hairs, but not when it is about your buddy? Double standard.

You keep on posting this stuff. It is only hurting the case. It shows that Doris' comment in the article is causing him to undergo more harassment and defamation and more emotional and physical stress.

This is EXACTLY why you should NEVER publically comment on pending litigation.

I am a very busy person and sometimes things don't get done as quickly as I would like. I didn't say I don't get any help and I wasn't making it sound like I do everything, just listed SOME of the things that I personally do, there are plenty of other things that are done that I do not do. You seem to view the world in incomplete absolutes. I know many women who juggle the sames things I do on a daily basis, we just don't complain as much as you do.
