The City of Arnold issued on average 165 citations per month. That would add up to roughly $190,000 if everyone paid. Out of that ATS would collect around $63,000. The people not paying are increasing every month. So the cash cow was running out of milk anyway.

Is that fact? What are ACTUALS? Don't throw out averages and guesses.

Stick it in your ear. They are based on the actual numbers, rounded to the nearest round number.

And you thought they would go away. ;) You'll probably see most municipalities, including Arnold, follow suit. You just made it worse. Before it was just a fine. Now it's points as well!!!

These red light cameras are just about making money. My suggestion is not to go to court, but to start shooting the damn things. After the city has to replace 10 or 12 due to 30.06 holes then they may rethink the program.

I have an idea for Ami Ark. Why not just obey the law and STOP at the red light! No guns needed just hit the brakes. It,s really not that hard.

St. Peters has a different system than Arnold. St. Peters is charging more than state law allows far a class C misdemeanor. They issue tickets to the owner instead of the driver. How do they plan to collect?

I am curious, does anyone know or know how to find out what happens if a City/County/Government/School district owned vehicle violates?

Is there a ticket issued or does this only apply to private citizens/companies? Thanks.
