It's a boiler room type environment. If you don't sell exactly the amount they set as your goal then they fire you. Mind you they set ridiculously high unreachable goals. This isn't exactly on the up and up either. A lot of high pressure sales tactics. It's not quite as bad as Convergys but it's damn close.
You'd be better off working fast food

As a former employee of The Pisa Group, I want to say that they set goals that are attainable if you can sell. I found it easy to get in and stay in the top 12 pros on a regular basis. You stand on your feet all day working in fast food and you can sit your 8 hours at the Pisa Group. Also, you don't get commissions or bonuses in fast food unless you are in management.
