Arnold CVS Developers Under Fire

This being the case at Northwest Plaza, the dealings of the Glarners/Duncan Avenue Properties/Raven Development here at the CVS Pharmacy site and the City of Arnold, the mayor, city administrator, city attorney need to be scrutinized a little more. Especially when there is a million dollars that magically was approved without being approved by the city council. They also were paid by the City of Arnold to dump their fill materials on the Ridgecrest site. Political hocus-pocus, who profited?

Are you serious????? Did you read the article? You think there's no correlation between the million dollar discrepancy here and the millions they made awarding themselves the contracts there? You think Contegra getting the contract here was an above board transaction? Why do the Glarners have to have so many LLCs? Why did the Glarner's have to get paid to dump their fill on Arnold property? Why did the Glarners have so many meetings with our city administrator and city attorney and none of them were aware of the million dollar additional cost of the project here?

Seems there are plenty of avenues to explore. The city administrator conveniently wasn't paying attention when all of the overruns occurred. The city attorney who sat in on most,if not all of the meetings, didn't know anything about the overruns. There's a hint of stench coming from that deal.
