the commisioners should pay more attention to the smell from the waste water treatment plant. the smell by the bridge on carolins shores dr near golfcrest ct iis sickening at times.work must be soon to correct this situation before the state or feds are called in to investigate.this is more important than storm water as it effects our health

THE SMELL STILL CONTINUES FROM THE RUNOFF DITCH
ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS NOW SINCE I LAST MENTIONED THIS.I GUESS THAT ITS NOT IMPORTANT ENOUGH.MORE ATTENTION IS PAID TO SOMEONE HAVING A TRAILER ON THEIR PROPERTY.AT THIS TIME I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE.THERE IS DEFINATELY SOMETHING WRONG IN THE OPERATION OF THE TREATMENT PLANT
