Dead Beat Tenants-Liars-Steal You Blind

Anyone running into John Neumann and Julie Siminski, be warned.
They moved to Forest City..They rented my house..They did over 60,000.00 in damages in 5 months. Knocked holes in walls..knocked out walls..ripped out part of the bathroom floor..removed floor joyces...cut wiring..plumbing..stole 1 bathtub..2 toilets..the stove..the fridge..Also we had in the lease we where to keep 1 room in the basement (locked) to store stuff..They stole that too..antique chairs, tools, fishing poles and so on..Stealing about 10,000 in property.
He is a contractor (A Level Above) she works at Lowes...I have emails people have sent me, after I put pleas on CraigsList and RipOffReport, where they steal...hire people and dont pay them..charge for new and install used in homes.
If you..or anyone you know..has bought anything from them let me know..we dont want to cause trouble for you..we're after them...If they did work for you that you had to have re-done..if you where cheated..let me know

Yep..they still in the county..He works mostly in counties next to us..she works at a home improvement store

Have you contacted the police? If so, are they doing anything about it? I would think that local law enforcement could handle this.

I feel for you and I hope justice can be served.

Court was today..I was sick had to stay home but my husband went..And they lied and lied and lied and flipped him off and tried to slam a door on him..in the court house mind you.
The judge ordered mediation..It dont work
Next court date..08-14-2009

Given the pictures and the amount of stuff they stole, shouldn't this be a criminal case?

You would not believe what we was told...The stuff they stole isnt a big issue to the court..it seems you let someone rent your property..if you have things on the property..you in fact have turned that property over to them..BULLSH*T in my opinion.
I am hoping that lady Shree gets back in touch with me though...Taking her to the DA...There are others that complained but none..except us..want to do anything about it..
I miss the days of getting *efg*..well..never mind...that wouldnt be nice and lawful now..would it..bol...

WARRANTS ARE GOING OUT AND GETTING SERVED TODAY
WE FOUND PROOF THE COURT CAN NOT DENY ABOUT THEM STEALING PROPERTY.
WE ARE HOPING BEYOND HOPE BAIL IS TO HIGH BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP.

Ok heres whats going on...Warrants ready to be served..problem..cops keep trying to serve them in the day where they live...they aint home in the day...shes at the local Lowes where she works on hwy 74 and hes out ripping people off...We just figure if they dont get served before the 14th..then we'll make damn sure their served in the court.
The lady they sold one of the chirs to...shes coming to court with us..And filing charges of her own..you see..we want our property back..he sold her an antique chair for 50.00..she sold it for 80.00...she like to have bugged her eyes out when we told her the chair is worth between over 1750.00-2250.00
We are also going to get the DA to slap more charges on them...you saw the pics of the yard..illegal dumping is a no no..in the town..county..and state...''evil smile'' lets just hope he'll do it...
I been hearing theys warrants in MN & FLA for them both...someone told me shes wanted in NJ...So Im still hunting people to file charges that they ripped off.

08-13-2009 we went to court because John Neuman and Julie Siminski destroyed our house..They where going to get slapped with another warrant for stealing property (ours)
They skipped court..packed up..told their landlord (On PeaRidge Rd in Bostic)they where leaving for the weekend..instead..they destroyed his place and took off
There is a bench warrant waiting on them at the Rutherford County Court House..There is a warrant waiting on them at the Forest City Police Department
Julie Siminski is/was working at Lowes in Forest City...John Neumann goes around as a jack of all trades handy man and is/was calling his business A Level Above

Not one word....We begged the cops to get them while they had the chance..or course we where told..they wont run...they'll show up...if they dont we'll get them dont worry...or..we'll get to it when we can...in short..they didnt give a damn...nice to know you can get robbed and have your property destroyed and the cops wont get them....
Any crooks out there..yeah come on down ..the cops dont care...grrrrr
