Why would the politicians want the middle class have a place to relax and enjoy life. To them we must work, work work to pay taxes they won't pass on to the rich. Vote them out!!

This is truly a sad day. Who would've ever thought. If the legislators did their job, the parks would still be open -- ALL OF THEM!!! This is really pitiful. NYS Government is demoralizing. What's going on at the Capital is a lot of BS! I hope people vote out these idiots in November!

Each and everyone in office now should go! No exceptions!! But sadly morons in New York State will still vote for some of these SOB`S, and sadder yet some of them will get re-elected!!

Well, I agree with the above comments. Especially yours, Bill. All of us should remember this: The legislature got a raise in their per diem rate this year, the illustrious governor gave his staff a raise, and in late march or early april the state hired over 1100 people. For what????? So, in agreement with the other comments, lets vote them out and get in some real conservative people who can get the job done.
