How many graduates in the class of 2013. I will be going to stj or whatever the new name will be and I'm wondering how many kids are in classes. Also wondering what the average grades are and what grades the valvictorian this year has. Scared to start a new school and just want to know. I want to be a valvictorian so curious what the grades are from them.

I doubt you would be a strong enough student to compete for any scholarships coming from Ft. Plain... especially if you can't even spell "valedictorian." Good for you for leaving Ft. Plain though. That's step 1. I think you'll find that now you will naturally get smarter the longer you are away from there!

Hey look- it's the same retard with the Fultonville IP Address that posted on the Baseball Thread! When St. J. offers the AP & College Level courses that Fort Plain kids graduate with, come back on and talk. Until then, keep your comments in St. Oppenheimvile.

I'd pick STJ over Ft. Plain, but Canjo over both! It's the people and their attitude that ruin Ft. Plain.

Stj isn't close to the same ballpark as FP or Canjo. Maybe with the new merged school they can begin to compete, but as of right now, they are a joke and a half. They offer nothing. Why do you think kids fly out of there in droves? Many to Fort Plain, by the way, because they offer more. I heard some of Stj's "star" athletes are already shopping around..... Fort Plain for baseball or Canjo for football?... And we already know how many flock to Little Falls! Haters gotta Hate, I guess.

Agreed... STJ's athletics are a joke. The coaches don't stick around to see any transition through. As a result the students have given up and accepted a culture of losing. A culture change is needed where coaches commit to working with athletes year 'round.

However, the teachers at STJ are very good teachers. Being a smaller school they don't have a lot of resources/money to work with, but hopefully the merge and bump from state aide will offer students more than the past few years.

Agreed- no disrespect to the teachers. What the school can offer, however, doesn't compare to others as it stands right now.

13? How can that be? The last 10+ years have averaged about 30. WOW! What happened?!?!

I AGREE WITH THAT STATEMENT !!!

And St J offers AP, distance learning classes from colleges such as SU, and we have Early Admit option at local schools: HCCC and FMCC..... Not bad for a small school

That's nice & all, but still no comparison. Hopefully with the merger, the kids in that district will have a chance to compete and be prepared for their futures the way the kids in neighboring schools are...we have kids in FP graduating with 14, 16, 17 college credits- Canjo probably does, too. I love how people like to characterize people as having an "attitude" or as being "cocky" just because their success is well-known. I do, honestly, wish them success with this merger. I mean, 13 kids graduating?? Where are the rest?

There are more than 13 kids in the senior class. I can think of 15 off the top of my head and I know there are others. I believe I heard that there are over 20 graduating this year.

St j sports compete as well as any schools with their enrollment. The modified girls lost 1 game , the bb team lost 1 game. The soft ball team lost 3 . The boys modified 7 and. 8 had respectable recors, , The varsity boys and girls team not so well, but the boys are young and still had respectful records, I can't wonder about girls, maybe coaching or talent. Comments about students going to Ft. p or Canajo rumors only, St j has no football players. As far as going to FT P for baseball, I don't think Craig would approve , even if he is there next year.

With your spelling and grammar, you could really compete for "valevictorian" or "saluvictorian" - lmao! And STJ sports suck. They do okay in modified & then all of the good athletes move away.
