Wow I was going to do a story on this boxer now residing in the A but have decided against it as the research doesnt add up.
Not sure if these fake police blotters are posted to try to scare someone but its all very strange. But my research has found that: 1. GA 141 is a local road thats not monitered by State Troopers- This stop or arrest didnt happen. 2. The information on the jail isnt accurate. 3. DC Police dont use tasers - it is outlawed. 4. There is no 2100 New York Ave or as its called 21st and New York Ave. Its an address that doesnt exist- NY Ave turns into Pennsylvania Ave at 16th Street. Thus the next block is 1600 Pennsylvania Ave or the White House. Any local police officer or writer would have known this. Still very strange can't figure out why someone would go to such lengths- Oh well - next story! |

I have review the bloggers remarks and I concluded that the blogger has inaccurate imformation needs to challenged. All incidents are place on this Topix page arrive from the actual Incident Reports provied to the FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin. Georgia State Route 141 which is an North and South roadway that stretchs thru several Georgia Counties is IN FACT PATROLED BY THE INDIVIDUALS JURSIDICTIONS and, The GEORGIA STATE PATROL who has JURSIDICTION OVER The entire STATE of GEORGIA roadways including GA 141. This incident was investigated by The Georgia Bureau of Investigation, the source of the information. This Trafic Stop was then subsequent arrest was deemed Illegal and, is the subject of pending litigation in Federal Court. |
The second item of inaccurate information provied by this blogger that needs to be challenged is the Gwinnett County Jail Incident.
This incident was investigated by 2 diffrent agencies, The Federal Bureau Of Investigation and, The Georgia Bureau Of Investigation. The incident described in this Topix Page was from the files of these agencies thru the Freedom Of Information Act. This incident was investigated as a seperate individual instance offered as evidence of violent behavior on the part of Mr. Dominique by The Gwinnett County Sheriff officials defending their Staff in a Federal Civil Action against. their Department. |

The Thrid Item of inaccurate information provied by this blogger that needs to be challenged is the Washington DC Incident.
This incident was investigated by the Wasington DC Metropolitan Police Office of Professional Standers Office, the source of the information. The suspect Mr. Derious Feddrick gave his address at the time of arrest being the 2100 Block of New York Avenue, Washington DC. Whether or not Mr. Feddrick's address was correct or not is not material to this incident. Police suspects who are under arrest offten give false or misleading infomation concerning thier identity, address, or other Law Enforcement Indentifiers, to conceal their true indentity to mislead investigator on their ture information. What is clear is that, Mr. Feddrick was arrested at the 1600 block of Euclid Avenue along with an unidentified subject for the Attempted Carjacking of Mr. Dominique's 2004 Mercedes. Mr. Feddrick, after the incident, was taken to the hospital and treated for his injuries and then taken to DC Jail. As far as the use of Tasers Suppression Weapon in this incident, At the time of this incident the M26 Taser was used, it was before any band directive was issued. All infomation provied on this Topix page his throughly researched for it's accuracy. All information is from the investigating agencies under the Freedom Of Infomation Act. It also was published in The FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin. |
