Judy, I hope you will make a full & swift recovery! The same way this/these menances should be tracked down, apprehended, prosecuted & punished!!!! It shows yet another design flaw & the cont. shortsightedness of PennDOT in their "Planning" having both passing lanes up against the Jersey barrier w/no median of which to speak! Obviously widening the overall right-of-way sorely needs to be done yesterday, like nearly all of their projects/our nightmares! St. Police should also receive a reward for capturing the culprit(s) and receive a penalty for not apprehending the guilty party quickly, similar to PennDOT's independent contractors' compensation incentives/penalties clauses.
