Applause, applause, applause. I'm glad to read that, finally, some of the communities who have Chartiers Creek running through them had this necessary Project done. My understanding (and, I trust others to help my memory)is that all of the Chartiers Creek communities were to take care of the Creek. It was not to be neglected. I've had occasions to drive through Carnegie. It's just a shell anymore. So many businesses were hurt by the last flood, that they were forced to close.
