Want to fix this?

Move the Mayor's office to Northside, move Onarato to Homewood, move Harper to the Hill, move he row offices to the West End, move the County Police to Wilkensburg and have all city/county employees work from 6:00PM 'till 2:30AM and spread the work week over seven days so there's always folks in the offices. Have all city/county employees park on the streets and at least 4 blocks from work so they have to be on the streets at all hours. There are plenty of vacant buildings that could be utilized, cost should be minimal and things would change within a week. City Council should meet in the city neighborhoods on a non - scheduled regular basis. Th city parks and many neighborhoods and street corners are proven to be excellent places for meetings of all types, council could simply meet there as well.

Second - No gunshot wounds are to be treated in emergency rooms for free! No money, transport them to the jail, let the inmates patch them up.

Wanna bet there's not even one politico with the balls to even suggest this?????????
