First of all its rude, unconstitutional, disrespectful and knowing how that would go over very good if someone spit in a officers face ! Then we all know what they would do. Abuse of power conducting an infectious action should be immediate termination!
This does not help bring order back into our country and as Donald Trump would say YOUR FIRED ?

I don't know of the circumstances but either way an officer shouldn't conduct themselves in that manner. In my day the DPD ruled the streets with an iron fist (in my opinion sometimes hyper aggressively). Quick to lay the smack down especially when it came to juveniles.

To come to think of it I suppose this style of policing kept the crime rate low. As a matter of fact the only major crime I remember was the Cathy Corkery homicide, which unfortunately was never solved. For the most part though they kept the streets safe and there was never a time I felt uneasy walking the streets.
