Any attorney, judges or paralegals out there?, Can the prosecution appeal the sentence in this case? Why should we pay to keep this cop killer alive??? Aren't cases auotmatically appealed when the sentence is death? Why not an automatic appeal by the prosecution, directly respresenting the taxpayers/care givers/scholarship providers in this case when the sentence is life in prison and we are forced to flit the bill for the no good, miserable S.O.B.!!!!???? He will probably study law and get himself out on our dime!!!!!!!! What's up with our system? Send him to Iraq or Afghanistan! Drop him on a 'hot spot' over there!! Bet it would be a whole lot less expensive than the rest of process we/he are/is about to endure/enjoy!!!!

This piece of trash who had been out of prison maybe a month shot Trooper Pokorny and he gets to live. What was he in prison for to be paroled before he killed the Trooper?

Here's how it'll go down,he'll got to prison, study law.Be a hero to all the littel G's while he's there because he killed a cop,he'll get everything he wants or needs.
But then hopefully sooner than later, someone will step up and realize in order to be the man they'll have to take Mollet out.
Or maybe he won't be able to take the pressure and he just hangs it up.
He wasn't so tough when the sentence came down.
