C,mon - when the lottery was "sold" to the voting public the senior citizens wee the main focus. Don't start saying that this is a huge drain on PAT. Without the contributions of the Lottery and the government schools PAT would be worse than it is now. Remember, your taxes are paying bus drivers and their bosses healthcare and very nice pensions.
If this is a problem, lets just drop the lottery and let PAT get on with what ever they do.
