You notice that everything is crumbling down around you Myles?! Enjoy prison. I hope your friends are smart enough to stop the lies before they end up in the cell block next to you. Still sending prayers to Rachel. Just remember kids, the least drunk doesnt mean you are sober.

Just remember kids, don't get in a car with someone if you even THINK they may have been drinking!
Oh, and ALWAYS wear your seatbelt.

Maybe he should sue her for not wearing her seatbelt in his car - a grown woman should be able to make her own decisions. This has changed his life - if she had her seatbelt on this would not be happening - let's all be realistic!!!

So her not wearing a seatbelt caused him to crash? Time for him to take responsibility! Thats reality. It seems apparent to everyone now why he ran. Scared cause he f'd up!! Dont drink and drive or use/sell drugs.

My sympathies to the injured woman. It will be a much harder road now, and I hope she has a large supply of inner strength. But it's the driver's responsibility to make sure everyone is buckled up, and if someone is not, they and the driver get a ticket in CA. That law has been around for 25 years, hasn't it? I thought everyone buckled up these days, and I haven't read anywhere that she wasn't, except here on this forum. What makes you think she wasn't buckled up?

Reguardless of the seatbelt, she made a choice to get in the car and he made the choice to drive. They are each living with the consequesnces now.
He's looking at prison time and she's changed forever and looking at a long road to recovery and hopefully will walk again. Earlier this year it was the PG high kids and here we are months later. Another sad case of making bad choices and that includes picking your friends.

Well watch out everyone, Myles has now lawyered up with Larry B. King of BS and getting drunk drivers off, he once bragged about getting off a suspect with a BAL of 2.0.
Did you hear the latest story, Myles had a concussion-so it's ok that he split and waited to surrender. I wonder if his pot money is paying this shyster. Good luck jerk.
