Are we talking email or USPS mail?

I have a better idea. Instead of paying DMA (and confirming your address), demand the postal service charge the same postal rates we must pay. If junk mail was charged at the first class rate one of two things would happen: Either junk mail would virtually cease to clutter our mailboxes or the USPS would make lots of money.
