Rockland's bus-bid case heads back to court
For the second time in five months, a state Supreme Court justice will determine if the county acted properly in its search for a company to operate and maintain the Transport of Rockland and Tappan ZEExpress bus services.

YES THE BID WAS DESIGNED TO EXCLUDE BREGA TRANSPORT...AND ANY OTHER COMPANY THAT DOES NOT HAVE THE EXPERIENCE OR EXPERTISE TO OPERATE A TRANSIT SYSTEM THAT MOVES 3.5 MILLION PEOPLE A YEAR. THIS IS NOT BRAIN SURGERY, TO BAD THE COUNTY HAD TO SPEND MONEY THEY DON'T HAVE ON LAWYERS TO FIGHT BREGA...HOPEFULLY JUDGE NICOLAI WILL THROW BREGAS LATEST COMPLAINTS OUT OF COURT!
