I have posted a few comments under "Fact Checker." I agree that the person who replied to my posts using "to Fact Checker" is an insider at TD Assets. I can support all of my posts, and I still state that TD Assets ripped hundreds of people off and none of those people will ever get their money back from TD Assets; TD Assets used other people's credit to buy houses, sometimes without the knowledge of the people whose credit was used; TD Assets did not pay the mortgages on the properties that they controlled.

To find out if this is true the charges were dropped is sickening. We were screwed over buy "The Good Christian" Linda Burton and her Company TD Assets / Circle City Property Management. They were renting out houses and pocketing the money and not paying the Mortgages on the properties which in turned caused the properties to go in to foreclosure which the simply changed names and had their lackey Rob Attinger set up shop under a new company name Meridian Property Management, LLC 133 W. Market Street #254 Indianapolis, IN 46204
I turned all of this over to the Indiana Housing Authority and they in turn to the Prosecutors office and to find out all of this was just dismissed is a travesty of our justice system. I hope they ROTT IN HELL

I know that in speaking with a Detective they did in fact use people’s credit and in one case of an elderly retired company in the St. Louis area they took their entire savings close to a million dollars and they are now living on Social Security. They were in bed with a closing and finance company and were a total scam.
No, the houses that were returned were not paid up that is common knowledge and can be proven by looking at houses that were in represented by the TD ASSETS / CIRCLE CITY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT /(AND THE LATEST RE-INCARNATION) Meridian Property Management Which is nothing more than a PO BOX DOWNTOWN. The houses were in foreclosure and sold at the Marion County, IN sheriffs sale. They lied they made up people, they made up corporations. THEY SHOULD BE IN JAIL !!!!
Here is a statement from another victim (You can google his name) Basil Cheney on September 13th, 2009 3:24 am I want everyone to know that TD Assets owes me $750,000.00 since April of 2008, and they have not even contacted me about payment. This is my total IRA Account, which was invested with them through Laurel Asset Management Co.in Carmel, Indiana.
I would appreciate it if the Attorney General would call me at 305-292-19-5 to determine what action can be taken against TD Assets

We did file a complaint with the AG. We got a response saying that they were starting an investigation. We know that the parties in question TD Assets received their copies and we have not heard anything back yet from the AG.

I hope that these guys are prosecuted. Unfortunately for the people whose credit was used, the likelihood of getting their money back is low. A close look should be taken at the mortgage broker, title company/closer, and appraisers on the deals.
Sorry

Our company did a lot work on these houses, and never fully received payment from TD Assets. We have been working with attorneys to try to recover part or all of the $80,000 they still owe us. With a loss that big, our company is really struggling to keep its head above water.
To Contractors:
WHAT IS OR WAS THE CONTRACTING NAME SO WE CAN CONTACT YOU? THE MORE WE GET ON A LIST it will be harder for TD/CCM/ Axiom to Run FROM THE LAW ANYMORE.

Nope. Corporations are people but they don't have to pay you back. The Supreme Court said so. Less government involvement!!!

Nothing happened. I went to the AG and they would not do anything. All of the parties declared bankruptcies.

Pretty much the end of the sad chapter. They ruined many people's lives.
