Still not funny, but in this case I'm sure they're somewhere wondering why he decided to have a vacation home in Carmel.

There have been many times that I have wanted to beat someone. Is Carmel the place to go?

Yeah like the affair the wife is having with the man. Why else would he just go in there and start beating the man's brains out "unprevoked"

You're way off base. I've tried to post the reason and have been evidently censored.

Klain is an irresponsible clown along with his business partner. They have not lived up to their obligations in the neighborhood and have cost everyone $$$$$ because they won't fix problems yet alone finish the neighborhood. They are about to sell out after having spent lots of money, but not on the project.

Of course something is missing. You read it in The Star, didn't you? Their news staff isn't capable of telling the whole story.

Read this, part of what appeared in the Montana newspaper:

The plaintiff in the case, David S. Klain, is a homebuilder who has a housing development, Guilford Reserve, where Mace and his wife have owned a townhouse since March 2006.

Homes in the development sell for $250,000 to $400,000, Klain said.

Mace has had repair issues with his home there.

"He'd generate lists of things and we'd fix them," Klain said.

The day before the incident, Mace left a message that he would like to have coffee with Klain to discuss some of the things that need to be repaired on his home, Klain said.

On June 13, Klain hadn't yet returned the call when he got to his office in one of the townhouses. He sat down at his desk and had turned on his computer when Mace came in.

After saying he was upset, Mace punched Klain on the left side of his face, knocking him to the floor and breaking his glasses, Klain said.

Mace is a good man, and only one of many out there that would like to punch Klain in the nose. Klain never does what he says he'll do and has absolutley the lowest character I've ever seen. He is an attorney himself, but has no license. Go figure.......

This was typical Star coverage. They didn't need to run as much detail as the Billings newspaper, and space always is limited, but one simple sentence would have made the entire story come together:

"Mace has had repair issues over a home purchased from Klain's company."

Forgot to point out that another part of the story indicates that Klain is a first-class wuss, or a nice guy too peaceful to defend himself:

"Klain, 41, said he is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. According to court documents, which apparently took information from Mace's Montana driver's license, Mace is 55, 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 220 pounds."

I figured it was something like that. Amazing how a good A$$ kicking will get some lowlife scumsucking business man's attention.

Oh, make no mistake. This has not gotten Klain's attention. He simply is spending his time emailing Montana newspapers, etc. He is very much a low life, as is his business partner Robert Barbado. They have absolutely no idea how to run a business, only how to skim money and not pay contractors. 2554

Good deal! If liars, cheats and thieves would face immediate and physical consequences more often, society would be better off on the whole.

If that's true, then the guy cries cop, what an idiot.
Should have waited until night and done a stealth move.
