Carmel In Fear Zionsville, IN	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 Aug 21, 2012 NO BANK will loan Brainard any money to Bail Out the Palladium, or the Carmel-CRC, or the city-government of Carmel Indiana. NO MORE unsecured Bonds. Therefore, HIGH TAXES, or going BANKRUPT!

Brainard gets a "cut", mostly Under the Table, so he can't stop spending. The only way Brainard will ever leave Carmel is horizontally.
