my wife and i went to accredited on rt 46 we met the salesman named john d he was very helpful to our needs and did not try to push us in any way in fact he told me to go home and think about it over night no pressure any way we decided to buy a 2005 bmw 330xi and the deal was great and we could not be more pleased with the car its been 2 months and time will tell but so far i would give them and my salesman the highest rating and would recomend them to any one looking for a used car

Received the winning bid for a vehicle Accredited Motor Cars had listed on Ebay with no reserve. Contacted the dealership right away to arrange for payment and pick up of vehicle. Was given run around and then was finally told the vehicle was no longer there and that it was at another lot, but they wanted more for the vehicle than the winning price. Didn't honor the contractual obligation they agreed to when selling on Ebay. They don't operate with honesty and integrity. We incurred a fee associated with partially financing this vehicle. Buyer beware when dealing with this dealership. Their response was "they were sorry".

Terrible Communication

The communication with this dealership was absolutely terrible. I had to call them numerous times after they said they would call me back and failed to do so.

Turns out I was dealing on a vehicle that already had a deposit on it from someone else. It seemed like nobody communicated with each other and didn't know what was going on.

When I called back to explain the situation, they were very unprofessional on the phone, with a very snippy attitude.

I would not deal with this dealership solely based on their lack of communication and unprofessionalism.

Also, "John's" reply to a few of these posts totally demonstrates the unprofessionalism this dealer possesses.

now the real story these people saw my ad on craigslist and called me to buy my 2007 bmw 328ci for $28000 they ended up putting a $500 visa on the car and were told to come in person to finanlize the deal 3 days later the husband showed up and checked out the car and drove it on a nice test drive then told us he loved the car and was going to finance with his own bank because he had great credit and could get a better rate than with my bank at that time we took the car off the market well 1 week later he called and said his great credit was shot and could not get a loan when told i could obtain financing for him he trierd to back out and said he wopuld get back to me 1 week later i get a call from a foul mouth woman who said she was his wife and would not listen to me that i am a slaesman not the owner to talk about refund and began using ver yvulgar talk to me a complete stranger as you can see what type of trash she is by her post now you know the real story

You should keep your comments to yourself. If you don't the person or the situation, how can you even comment? I see more positive reviews then negative ones. You should base you reviews and comments on your own experiences.

Ok,
Lets look at this, the lot has a policy that clearly said as is. It is understandable however sometimes the term AS IS "" is actually a plot for evil doering lol. I bought a beautiful beemer. 100k miles and loaded. 3 days after purchase (<100 miles) service engine soon light kicks up. I get the light checked at my mechanics shop. It reads up vacuum leaks on all 6 banks. A hefty price to fix running in at $600. Now i didnt have cash to fix this and really the car still ran fair, i just got a issue idling. So i live in NY and Inspection policies say i cant get my sticker unless all service lights are clear. I called GARY. He told me to "change the spark plugs and report back" Seriously... spark plugs, i really had no idea those plugs helped the vacuum leak issue. this changes everything. He then told me to tighten up any hoses and if that didnt fix it to bring it in and they would help/ so a week later i bring it in. Gary claims that the cost is on me and as is is as is. Well heres the thing. My mechanic checked the signs of this issue being pr evident to the sale and well. yeah, signs point to a 85% chance this issue was occurring before they sold the car and most likley they reset the light and sent it on my way. Which is fraud i believe to an extent. Lemon laws do cover me and i called my lawyer because they hung up the phone when i called and told me i was full of shi!! as well as as is policies and what not. SO basically remember if you do buy a car from RC motors(aka Accredited motors - they will snake any mechanical issues to the easiest possible fix whether it is reset lights or a spark plug change. NJ attorney general is investigating now to see if i have something to go on. I hope they fix this issue for free cuz i would never recommend these jerks for any sale. I dont care if it is a toothbrush

yes you are right i see the sales man called them trash that was very mild compared to what the vulgar post they put about him first i think he held back what he really thought remember there are always two sides to every story and i dont know about the car in issue but the customer to me was worse than trash for posting what they did girst

yes when you buy a used car you have to have it checked out no matter what these dealers do not have a crystal ball for future breakdowns for the most part i have had great experience with this dealership but in life you can not please eveybody and you will always have unhappy people that is just the way life is

wow I bought three cars from john at accredited and I guess we were lucky because every one is perfect and we are very happy that said ive read some of the comments and when buying a used car its is a little like gambiling anyway how can you blame your salesperson if a used car breaks down 6 months later if that is how you are you should go buy new and they break down also anyway john has treated me and my family with the upmost respect and has been very professional and I would recommend him and his company to anybody and in fact I sent a few people to john and they were very happy as well I hope this helps you in your search for a pre owned car

They are dishonest. I gave them a deposit to hold a car, decided not to go to see it, asked for my deposit back, was told that would be done, and then a day later got a note stating that it was a NONREFUNDABLE deposit! This was NEVER stated previously, and I would NEVER have put money at risk without seeing the car! I am calling Mastercard now to challenge this.
