ABSOLUTE SHIT DEALER!!!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS GUY. Jeff Massicott sold me a car and told me that I would get the title within 10 days. It has now been 6 MONTHS and still nothing!!! He ignores almost all my calls and continues to tell me its in the mail! SIX MONTHS LATER. If you want to have a shitty transaction with a truly shitty dealer look no further

I am also in the military and Jeff knows that. He still has done nothing to fix this. He is a disgrace

I am pretty sure this is a person who works for Jeff and benefits from his stolen money if this is not Jeff himself. Jeff is disgustingly dishonest. We should ban together and get this man locked up. What a crook!

I am Detective Michael M Lasorda. In the middle of July I started my online search for a Jeep wrangler unlimited, when I came across a unit offered by Tirepool llc. Price was great, right color had all the bells and whistles my wife and I wanted, so we called up the dealer. We then had some discussions ,friendly staff, spoke to Jeff who was pretty knowledgeable on the product then started our usual online reviews of the seller. Not too exciting handful of reviews at all. So we continued our online search for our Jeep.

In late August I had an engagement at West Point academy and thought I would do a search for a Jeep in the New York /New jersey area. 2012 white Jeep Sahara shows up again at tirepool llc, so I called up and went over to visit. On arrival there I presented the results of my search and my hesitance to purchase, due to title issues as mentioned here, along with my credentials as a 32 year NYPD detective.

Thirty minutes of dialogue then an offer to look into emails, and bills of sales from 2011 to present. My findings none of these names or initials filling complaints here on this forum except Eric W appeared in correspondences or Bills of Sales. Mr Eric W however based on my findings had received his documents before filling a complaint online and stated his intent to cause damage by text and voicemail of which I read and heard. Very unfortunate since am sure customers like myself have been miss guided by such postings. I must compliment Mr Eric W. however for not hiding behind some false initial or alias, seeking to destroy someone's business and reputation.

Questions may occur as to the accuracy of the documents presented. Tirepool llc has a well structured documentation processed instituted by the state motor vehicle board. I should also mention that I have been a fraud investigator during my carrier in the service and I have used my experience to look into these documents and this company. I should also note that until recently this company has had a stella performance of several hundred cars sold in the past 2 years overseas and locally.

On the contrary Tirepool like any other business is no saint here. The business world is filled with issues and as expected there are a few issues that are pending resolution of which he has presented me with documents and the status of these transactions. I have urged and recommended resolution to these of which I intend to follow up to assist the organization as well as present and future customers.

I am sure that some coward who is not willing to call, email, or text Tirepool to resolve their issues if any, will accuse me of being an employee, friend, or even an owner as I have noticed most recently done to forum poster Laura.

I have by no means any connection, relation, or represent this organization by any means, other than being a professional who was apprehensive and after further information became a customer. The internet has become a weapon that can easily be used against any of us for the simplest thing and admonish us to resolve issues as best as we can in more reasonable means of communication.

My recommendation here is to call the dealer, send an email, text call an attorney , but folks don't falsely or maliciously post these things online.

You aren't a real detective. M Lasorda doesn't exist. False
