Sequim officials approve, sign deal Monday for work on new city hall, police station

City Manager Steve Burkett signed a contract with Lydig Construction of Bellevue on Monday to begin work on the city's $11.85 million new city hall and police station after the council voted unanimously in a special session to approve the contract.
