For the Record: Restaurant inspections

Jesus Name Tabernacle, 510 S. Elm St., was inspected by the State of New Mexico Environment Department on June 9. The facility received an "Approved" rating with some training but no follow-up inspection required.

How do some of these places get approved with high risk violations? Seems if the place is that unclean then it should be shut down until it is clean.
