Just what we need, more potheads driving around in cars killing innocent kids. I'm referring to the guy that was stoned out of his mind and caused a wreck killing four Albuquerque teens earlier this week.

We can not, will not, should not and won't legalize drugs. Our children and their children depend on it!

It would be horrible and stupid to legalize marijuana. As a person is stoned, their heart is racing. People say there is nothing wrong with mj. Well, it is a controlled substance, it pay help pain, but at the same time, people should consider what the word stoned means. Is a person able to concentrate better? No. Are they more energetic? No. Are they spaced out? Yes. While stoned, is a person in their natural state of theirself? No. People who get stoned just shows how messed up in the head they are and refuse to solve their problems..just another druggie and STILL a lack of brains to accomplish goals in life.

Well I've said this before, I'm not for legalization but I am for decriminalazation because I think if it were legalized to the fullest extent, jobs would stll drug test periodically, kids would still get kicked out of school for it, you wouldn't be able to drive around in your car smoking it, all you would safe against is doing it in your house and the cops coming. But as for the harsh fines and procedures acted out on those who have gotten minor posession is ridicilous. Now as for a better economy, that one's kind of a 50/50. Plus there is no way in hell obama will legalize, can you imagine the crap that the first black president would get for legalizing marijuana? Plus his vice predident, mr. biden was solely responsible for creating and cowardly embedding the anti-rave act into the amber alert bill, so these people are liberals yes but not hippies. When obama was presented with that online questionaire that every prsident does, 30% of the questions asked were if he would legalize marijuana and he laughed about it like it was a joke, which was not a good thing to do considering that what 60% of the people that voted for him were under 25, and 80% of people under 25 have or still smoke pot, so it's safe to say alot of his voting audience smokes pot so that was not a good move on his part to make a joke out of it like he did.

Marijuana to be legalized which I doubt and hope not.

But it were to be legalized, a whole new set of laws would have to go into effect.
We have, D.W.I, which is, Driving While Intoxicated.

How would that work with marijuana? Because you're not intoxicated, with marijuana would it be called D.W.M how in the hell would you classify marijuana use while driving?

The reason why there are not as many ppl who wreck while high is because either they have had additional drugs, drunk, or too damn stoned to move! If you have to smoke weed, then you cannot face your own problems. What is the use of getting high now? Isn't it to "get away" from worrying about anything? I am pretty damn sure it is. Haahahahahaha ive been reading all these rediculous things trying to stay open minded on both sides taking in all the fact everyone above said and clearly the people who are very against it, like the person above me, are very close minded and have never tried marijuana before. I have and ive done it everyday for three years. You dont even know the amount of eigth blunts i smoked over the past summer. Im not trying to brag im just trying to let you know you can do anything while you are under the influence of marijauna. Ive driven and never crashed high, I passed(C or Better) every one of my senior finals high, and Im currently taking calculous, chemistry, bionics, and microeconomics for my Bachelors in MEchanical Engineering. So ya all that bullshit you think you know about weed you can just shove up your ass cause there are people who dont just do it to avoid their problems they do it cause its the best thing ever! O also im up every morning at five forty for crew practice and right after i smoke and run five miles so if your not a lazy fuck you can do anything under the influence. I hope you comment about me back so i can shit on you more cause you don't know ANYTHING about weed. You even think it speeds up your heart rate. Ya well if you really did know anything you would know marijuana effect every part of the brain EXCEPT the Cerebullum and the Medulla and the only thing that controls your heart rate is the Medulla. The sensation people feel that their heart rate is increasing is just thier perception on hearing it in their head that sounds different not the actual thing. And if your heart rate does increase its because you are excited or in an enhanced state. It really is the truth. So ya lets legalize it and sell it in coffee shops and shit like they do in amsterdam. haha o wait they are all so high they cant even move so they just arnt part of the functioning world. haha get shit on i hope you comment back.

Who said I never tried mj? In fact I did, when I was a teen, and other drugs, so I EXACTLY know where I am coming from! I dont believe a word you say and you have yet to say why you smoke it! You rarely hear about a person being stoned and having an accident...mostly because we're sitting on the couch eating some Jack n the box...now does that mean we are lazy, no it doesn't. I work a 40 hour aweek job and pay my rent, and also go to college. Do I hide from my problems...no I get stoned because I like the feeling and my back and knee injuries don't hurt.
